The Tale
Lirial made a pact with an entity called The Seeker in exchange for knowledge, magical power, and an enchanted star chain. The terms required leaving her library, the only home she'd ever loved, and traveling the realm for forgotten wisdom to bring back.
She collects secrets and stories from everyone she meets. Some she trades onward; some she keeps. She'll listen longer than most people are comfortable with.
